Ash + Alter Ego Opening Soon in Tampa
Proper House Group is back to add two more concepts to their portfolio.
Two concepts are preparing to soft open on South Nebraska Ave in early April. According to co-owner Ty Rodriguez, Ash + Alter Ego will be Proper House Group's next restaurant and lounge to open in Tampa.
Ash + Alter Ego will be a dual concept fusing a full service Italian-inspired restaurant, Ash, with Alter Ego, a cocktail and music lounge. The menu, Rodriguez said, will be ever-evolving and under the leadership of executive chef Andrew Duncan.

As of now, the menu will be a la carte, and in the future, they may develop a tasting menu.
The space also includes a 1,400 square foot covered patio where guests can relax, dine and drink. Inside, there will be about 4,200 square feet of space. The music of Alter Ego will be in the hands of Justin Layman, who is known as DJ Casper.
