Artisanal Bakery The Love Loaf Opening in Miami Beach
Owner Suzana Rodrigues is bringing her passion to life after a 20 year corporate career.
Three years in the making, Suzana Rodrigues is bring The Love Loaf to a permanent location in Miami Beach. Following a 20 year career in corporate finance, Rodrigues decided to follow her passion and turn her attention fully to baking healthy and delicious bread.
In a brief interview with FFBW, Rodrigues reported that her new shop is debuting in early May at: 7415 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33141. The bakery will serve artisanal sourdough breads, pastries, cakes and more. For beverages, The Love Loaf will offer organic coffee, espresso, cappuccino, matcha and more.
The business will be milling its owner flower in house to ensure maximum freshness.
As the The Love Loaf gets established, Rodrigues will add menu items like avocado toast, sandwiches and other light bites. Follow the brand online and keep up with their goal to open on May 1st.
