A TikTok video from TampaLocal shows active construction on the property and architectural renderings of a new building with large windows facing the water and outdoor seating areas, according to TampaLocal. The renderings depict an upscale restaurant design on the shoreline with a dock and views across the bay, according to TampaLocal. The business name, ownership, and opening date are to be announced.

Restaurante Y Pupuseria El Changarrito

Restaurante Y Pupuseria El Changarrito is planned at 1936 W Main St, Tampa, FL 33607 (Google Maps). The restaurant is listed on a license application with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Station House BBQ (new location)
