V’s Coffee Collab Opening in Roswell with First Physical Location

ROSWELL, GA — V’s Coffee Collab is targeting a late May opening at 34 Webb St unit 1, Roswell, GA 30075, owner Harrison Bernard told Business Debut. The 473-square-foot space will mark the brand’s first brick-and-mortar location following several years of roasting and catering.

What to Expect

The shop will offer a mix of dine-in and to-go service, with limited seating including four two-top tables and a service window. Bernard said the concept is designed to encourage in-person interaction.

“I prefer if people come with a friend and sit and have a conversation,” Bernard told Business Debut. “That’s much preferable than going out to be by yourself.”

The team also plans to host regular events, including Saturday markets and performances, utilizing an outdoor patio and stage area under development.

The beverage program will center on coffee roasted by Bernard, who has operated as a roaster for about four years. He told Business Debut the move into a physical space is a natural next step to better connect with customers and showcase the product.

Food offerings will be limited due to space constraints, with a focus on pastries and baked goods sourced from local vendors rather than a full kitchen.

Beyond coffee, the concept incorporates a broader mission to support artists. Retail coffee bags will feature rotating artwork, each including a QR code linking directly to the artist’s page. “We’re trying to create a business that is focused on supporting artists,” Bernard told Business Debut.
