Juice Time Bringing Middle Eastern Desserts and Coffee to Roswell

ROSWELL, GA — Juice Time is targeting a late May opening at 900 Mansell Rd Ste 8, Roswell, GA 30076, with a fallback timeline of sometime in June if construction and permitting take longer, owner Ali Saba told Business Debut.

What to Expect

Juice Time will focus on desserts, coffee, ice cream, crepes, and fresh juices. Saba said the menu will also include smoothies and protein shakes, giving customers a mix of dessert items and lighter options.

The Roswell location will be the first Juice Time in Georgia, Saba told Business Debut. He said the franchise began in Kuwait and has other locations in states including Ohio, Virginia, Florida, and California.

Saba said the concept centers on sweets and drinks, including kunafa, a Middle Eastern dessert with roots in the Jordan and Palestine region. “It’s like a bunch of stuff that I don’t think nobody around got,” Saba told Business Debut.

He said the goal is to create a place where families, kids, and students can gather for desserts, coffee, and fresh drinks. “We’re trying to... have something where we can bring family together, something nice for the kids, for people to come in and just have fun,” Saba told Business Debut.

Opening Timeline

If construction and remaining permits stay on track, Saba said Juice Time is aiming to open by the end of May. If not, he said the opening will likely shift into June.

Hours

Saba said the current plan is to operate from 10 a.m.—midnight on regular days, with later hours on weekends. He said the team may stay open until 2 a.m. on weekends.
