The Pink Peony Opening in Green Cove Springs

A fun, funky and off the beaten path cafe is coming to Green Cove Springs soon, owner Kristina Byrd told FFBW. Byrd, who also owns the One Swanky Chic Boutique, said that the concept will focus on delivering a unique food and beverage program to Green Cove Springs.

The Pink Peony will open at: 424 Walnut St, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043. Byrd hopes to open in the beginning of May. They will offer 28 seats inside and 8 seats outside. The clothing store One Swanky Chic Boutique will be next door, and shopping between the two business will be seamless via a door within the building.

The Pink Peony will offer boba drinks, specialty teas, Japanese style rolled ice cream, a donut of the day and other small pastries and plates. Byrd emphasized that their menu will never be predictable as she and her husband aim to create a unique experience each day.

They will be open from 11 am - 7 pm Tuesday through Friday and from 12 pm - 5 pm on Sundays.
