The new Pokemoto will be appear at 2705 Commercial Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308. Currently in the construction and permitting phase, Ivgi plans to open the restaurant in mid-September.
The Fort Lauderdale location will offer takeout and delivery, with seating for 17 guests inside. This opening follows the recent debut of a Pokemoto in Celebration.
Ivgi chose to franchise with Pokemoto after considering several brands. He cited the brand's proprietary house-made sauces, Hawaiian theme and customizability of their poke bowls and boba drinks as reasons for choosing Pokemoto. Based on the success of this location, Ivgi reported that he would like to expand into North Miami and West Palm Beach.
