A new Greek restaurant, Niko's Grill House, is set to open in early August at 614 Athens St, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, co-owner Yvonne Fillis told Business Debut.

Fillis, who is Greek, previously owned a restaurant called Xsoulias just outside of Athens, Greece in the village of Xasia. With her experience, she is bringing authentic Greek dining to Tarpon Springs.

Niko's Grill House will offer both dine-in and takeout options, featuring handmade Greek cuisine. Fillis's son, a butcher, will prepare sausages and meats by hand. The menu will include traditional Greek specialties such as lamb on the spit, kebabs and much more. Additionally, Fillis said that they will offer daily specials to highlight dishes that aren't permanent menu fixtures.

The restaurant aims to provide the most authentic Greek food in Tarpon Springs, with all dishes made fresh using authentic recipes and techniques.

Once opened, Niko's Grill House will operate 7 days a week from 11 am - 9 pm. They will have space to seat 50 guests and will serve beer and wine, Fillis said.
