New in Palm Beach County: Cluck Face Nashville Hot Chicken Opening Soon

WELLINGTON, FL – Cluck Face Nashville Hot Chicken is expanding in Palm Beach County, with franchisees Dave and Nancy Chapman preparing three new locations at 1347 State Road 7 Unit 3-105, Wellington, FL 33414; 1950 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33409; and 1911 S Federal Hwy, Delray Beach, FL 33483.

The Wellington restaurant is targeting an opening within 45 days, West Palm Beach is planned for the first quarter of 2027, and Delray Beach is planned for January 21, Chapman shared with Business Debut in a phone interview.

What to Expect

Cluck Face serves extra large Nashville hot chicken tenders. "One of our slogans is bigger, bolder, fresher," Chapman told Business Debut. The chicken is never frozen, marinated and breaded in-house, then fried to order using proprietary marinate and seasonings.

The brand leans into a bold identity with menu names like its hottest spice level "Cluck It" and a menu item called the "Crazy Cluck." He said the restaurants will stay open late, with kitchens serving until 1 a.m. seven days a week.

Ownership Background

Dave and Nancy Chapman are franchise operators with 35 years of restaurant experience. He said he first learned about Cluck Face Nashville Hot Chicken from a customer at one of his Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations.

Chapman drove to Boca Raton to try the original corporate store. "It was the best chicken I ever had and I went and searched," he said.

The Chapmans hold exclusive development rights for Cluck Face Nashville Hot Chicken from Palm Beach Gardens through Delray Beach, Chapman told Business Debut. They also operate Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations in Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach, with a third planned in Palm Beach Gardens.
