New Brewery and Event Space Coming to Downtown Monroe

Grizzle Beer is bringing a new brewery to Monroe, Georgia, this summer, owner Joseph Grizzle shared with Business Debut. Located at 208 S Broad St, Monroe, GA 30655, the brewery will serve as a community gathering place with 14,500 square feet of indoor space, offering a lineup of 6-8 beers at any given time.

Head brewer and co-owner Erin Boydstun will lead the brewing operations with a emphasis on crisp lagers, as well as bold IPAs, and rich stouts. Grizzle shared that a predominant focus will be their lagering program, which they will execute with exceptional care and precision.

In addition to beer, the brewery will offer both indoor and outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy, including a 4,000-square-foot area for private events such as corporate dinners and weddings. With plans for live entertainment and community-driven events, the space aims to become a central hub for gatherings in downtown Monroe.

Grizzle Beer has been a 20 year-long dream for the Grizzle family, Joseph Grizzle shared. They intend to create a welcoming place for the entire family with non-alcoholic drinks for all ages, along with the best lagers in the area.
