Lawrenceville Couple Achieving Shared Dream of Opening Restaurant

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA – A married couple chasing their shared dream is opening Lawrenceville's newest Colombian restaurant.

Laura Suarez and Christian Vivas plan to open Nuestra Finca Colombian Restaurant at 3153 Sugarloaf Pkwy Suite 114, Lawrenceville GA 30045, targeting an opening about a month from their mid-September interview, Vivas told Business Debut.

What to Expect

The couple's plan extends beyond that of a cut and dry restaurant. Nuestra Finca will function as a cafe serving coffee and ice cream, a full service restaurant, and a full liquor bar.

"[Guests] can come there to have a breakfast lunch dinner or just a cup of coffee," Vivas told Business Debut.

Menu and Vision

Expect the restaurant's menu to offer Colombian dishes like bandeja paisa, empanadas and many other items They are also working with distributors that carry Colombian beer. More details will be available as they approach opening on their Instagram.

From a video walk through of the space, decorations will include greenery, plush leather booth seating, and a bar.

Opening Timeline

Vivas told Business Debut their goal is to open about one month from the September 15 interview.

Hours

Nuestra Finca Colombian Restaurant plans to open seven days a week, Monday through Sunday. They will serve breakfast lunch and dinner.
