Burger Factory to Open in Lawrenceville
The fast-casual restaurant will feature fresh-ground burgers and a menu of indulgent sides, opening by the end of summer.
LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — Burger Factory, a Canada-based burger franchise, is planning its first Georgia location at 911 Duluth Highway Suite E1, Lawrenceville, GA 30043, franchisee Siraje Yosef told Business Debut.
The restaurant is targeting an end-of-summer opening.
What to Expect
Burger Factory will operate as a fast-casual restaurant with dine-in seating and to-go service, Yosef told Business Debut. The Lawrenceville restaurant will be just under 2,000 square feet.
Yosef said he was drawn to the Canadian franchise after seeing Burger Factory at a franchise exhibition. “This one just caught my eye with the signature burgers, the design and the way they make it,” he told Business Debut.
Menu and Vision
The menu will include Burger Factory’s signature burgers, including the Juicy Lucy, Lucy on Fire and Juicy Lucy Cheesy, Yosef told Business Debut. The restaurant also plans to serve items including funnel cake, poutine, Tornado Fries and more. Meat is ground fresh daily to be formed into smash burgers, Yosef reported.
“The menu was very interesting,” Yosef told Business Debut. “I tasted the food as well. I went to Toronto. I visited a couple of stores.”
Opening Timeline
The team is currently working through permitting and buildout, Yosef told Business Debut. The restaurant is targeting the end of summer.
Hours
Burger Factory plans to open seven days a week from 11 a.m. — 11 p.m., Yosef told Business Debut.
