New BBQ Venture Opening in Stuart

Red Lion BBQ is set to open on January 21, offering a family-friendly dining experience with Texas-style barbecue, owner Peter Leon shared with Business Debut.

Located at 3204 SE Federal Hwy Suite B, Stuart, FL 34997, the menu will feature a variety of smoked meats, including brisket, pulled pork, beef and pork ribs, along with classic sides like mac and cheese, potato salad, coleslaw, and smoked baked potatoes. Guests can also look forward to a Caribbean-style pork dish and a specialty half-pound burger with customizable toppings like brisket, blue cheese and much more.
