Here's Every Restaurant Opening at Medley Johns Creek on the 29th

Medley continues to pop up in news feeds with each fresh tenant announcements.

Business Debut has interviewed numerous business owners with plans to open in Medley, but we decided to compile a list of every single restaurant tenant opening in the development this month on October 29th.

This list comes directly from Medley's PR group.

Shake Shack

The popular, New York-born burger spot is opening in Medley. Everyone knows Shake Shack.

Stir

A concept out of Chattanooga, TN is opening its first GA location. From the Toro Development website:

"Stir at Medley will offer a raw bar with fresh, rotating varieties of oysters and seafood, plus a made-from-scratch kitchen that uses fresh ingredients to create high-quality dishes. Weekend brunch will highlight modern takes on classic recipes, house-made Bloody Mary, and a special mason jar Mimosa."

Rena’s Italian Fishery & Grill

Rena's is known in Alpharetta for high-quality Italian cuisine and award-winning wines. This is one we've known about for awhile and published a piece on back in 2024.

"The new 6,000-square-foot location will closely mirror the original Rena’s in Alpharetta, which opened in February 2021 and has established itself as a local favorite. The Johns Creek location will feature around 140 indoor seats, along with a patio capable of seating an additional 50-60 guests."

Fogón and Lions

Another Alpharetta native restaurant with plans in Medley, Fogón and Lions is known for Spanish dining and was named one of Atlanta's 50 best restaurants by the AJC.

CT Cantina & Taqueria

Another one we've written about before, CT Taqueria already has a prominent presence in metro Atlanta. The Medley restaurant is expected to seat about 100 to 125 guests.

"Jaime said the menu is not expected to vary much from the current CT Cantina & Taqueria concept. The main difference will be the design of the restaurant, which will be specific to the Johns Creek location."

Northern China Eatery

Northern China Eatery recently opened along the Beltline in Atlanta, and this will be another expansion from their Doraville origins. The dumplings are reported to be amazing. See below.

Playa Bowls

Reportedly facing the green space and slinging acai and smoothie bowls, Playa Bowls has a litany of locations in Florida and is growing their presence in the Peach State with this addition.

CRÚ Wine Bar & Bistro

Upscale dining, wine, brunch, flights and more. CRÚ is also in Alpharetta and in the Battery in Smyrna. This will be their third Georgia location with several other units in other states.

Summit Coffee

With several locations around Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, Summit Coffee is coming to Medley when they open on October 29th. Check out their website here.

Tabla

Tabla, with two locations in Atlanta, is opening a third in Medley. They bring full service Indian dining. Keep an eye out for them during the grand opening weekend at the end of the month.

Knuckies Sandwiches and Sips

This will be the 10th location for the brand known for its homemade hoagie rolls and chef-driven sandwich menu. "The Sips" portion of the menu nods to their inclusion of dirty sodas.

Amorino

The European-founded brand is known for its authentic Italian gelato, coffees, and its menu of desserts.

The location in Medley will be the brand's third in Georgia and will be bringing a refined European dessert shop to a unit along a green space, franchisee German Rodriguez told Business Debut.

Lily Sushi Bar

With locations in Alpharetta and Milton, Lily Sushi Bar will be bringing it's concept to Medley with indoor and outdoor seating along the development's green space.

Fadó Irish Pub

Also reportedly opening along the green space, Fadó Irish Pub is transporting the Temple Bar district of Dublin to North Atlanta. The concept will occupy 4,300 square feet, plus an additional 1,000-square-foot patio.

Owner Kieran McGill reports that the restaurant is being designed by the Irish Pub Company in Dublin. Many of the design elements are being shipped over directly from Ireland.

Fadó Irish Pub is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year since opening its first location in Buckhead.

The Nest Cafe

The Roswell-native brand The Nest Cafe will open in a 2,700-square-foot space in Medley, owner Jordan Segal told Business Debut.

The concept is known for its brunch and lunch offerings, along with its coffee program. The cafe is expected to seat about 40 guests inside and 20 outside.

Menu items include croissant sandwiches, paninis, wraps, salads, soups, breakfast bowls, omelets, pancakes, beignets and much more.

Cookie Fix

The Alabama-founded cookie brand is set to open at Medley at the end of the month.

Cookie Fix will serve freshly baked cookies, desserts and drinks. They specialize in serving decadent, gooey cookies and not "plain, flat, lifeless cookies," per the website.

26 Thai Kitchen and Bar

Including food hall counters, 26 Thai has 10 locations across Atlanta, and a couple of other concepts under different names. Now, they're debuting in Johns Creek. They have a location in nearby Alpharetta.

Five Daughters Bakery

With a few locations in Georgia and several in their native Tennessee, Five Daughters Bakery is opening in Medley at the end of the month. You can learn more about the brand on their website.

Minnie Olivia Pizzeria

Last, but not least, we have Minnie Olivia Pizzeria, an established pizzeria in Alpharetta that seems to be opening their second location in Medley.
