CT Cantina & Taqueria Expanding to Johns Creek

The Johns Creek restaurant will mark the brand’s sixth CT Cantina & Taqueria location.

JOHNS CREEK, GA — CT Cantina & Taqueria is planning to open its next location October 29 at 11650 Johns Creek Pkwy, Johns Creek, GA 30097, Ricardo Jaime told Business Debut.

The restaurant will open at Medley, where Jaime said CT Cantina & Taqueria will be located by the green space. The Johns Creek restaurant will be the brand’s sixth CT location, joining Alpharetta, Dunwoody, Buckhead, Fayetteville at Trilith and Dania Beach, Florida, Jaime told Business Debut.

What to Expect

The Johns Creek location is expected to share some customers with the Alpharetta restaurant, where guests are already familiar with the menu of authentic Mexican cuisine.

The Medley restaurant is expected to seat about 100 to 125 guests, Jaime told Business Debut.

Jaime said the menu is not expected to vary much from the current CT Cantina & Taqueria concept. The main difference will be the design of the restaurant, which will be specific to the Johns Creek location.

“We have our architect and contractor consultants, RCG, Restaurant Consulting Group, that will design a very beautiful restaurant as they’ve done across all our stores,” Jaime told Business Debut. “Every store is unique in its own design, so Johns Creek will have its own design as well.”

Tentative plans include an ordering window facing the green space, where guests will be able to order margaritas and more.

Opening Timeline

CT Cantina & Taqueria is planning to open the Johns Creek restaurant October 29.

Jaime said Medley is the only new CT Cantina & Taqueria location currently in the pipeline. “We’re very selective with the opportunities that come to us, and we like the project that is going to come out of Medley,” he told Business Debut.
