Here's the New Cajun Seafood Spot Coming to Johns Creek: Rocky Claws
The business plans to open by late June.
JOHNS CREEK, GA — Rocky Claws, a Cajun seafood restaurant concept that traces its roots to Seoul, South Korea, is preparing to open its first U.S. location at 11300 Medlock Bridge Rd Ste 340, Johns Creek, GA 30097.
Owner Sean Kim told Business Debut the restaurant is targeting a soft opening at the end of June, followed by a grand opening on July 1.
What to Expect
Rocky Claws is a fast-casual Cajun seafood restaurant with about 1,600 square feet of dining space, Kim told Business Debut. Guests will be able to dine in, order takeout, or place online orders.
Kim said the business model is designed around convenience, efficient service, takeout, and online ordering, with a focus on packaging that keeps the seafood experience consistent across dine-in, pickup, and delivery.
Menu and Vision
The menu will focus on Cajun seafood boils with lobster tails, snow crab, shrimp, mussels, and other seafood served with Rocky Claws’ signature sauces, Kim told Business Debut.
Guests can also expect fried seafood baskets and Po’ Boy sandwiches, including shrimp, oyster, soft-shell crab, and cod options. Kim said the concept incorporates Korean culinary traditions into its sauces and flavor profiles, creating a different take on Cajun seafood.
Rocky Claws was first developed in 2017 in Seoul, South Korea. Kim said Johns Creek was selected for the brand’s U.S. debut because of its strong sense of community, diverse population, and growing food scene.
Opening Timeline
Rocky Claws is completing final inspections and remaining construction items, Kim told Business Debut.
The restaurant is targeting a soft opening in late June, followed by a grand opening on July 1st.
