Culinary Compound 36 Granada Coming to St. Augustine
Little Miss Ha, The French Pantry and more culinary offerings are coming to one destination in historic St. Augustine.
A new culinary destination, 36 Granada, is set to open at 36 Granada St, St. Augustine, FL 32084, bringing together multiple dining concepts under one roof. The compound will host Little Miss Ha, The French Pantry and an intimate event and bar space called Cache-Cache, partners Johnny and Janice Hudgins told Business Debut.
John Valentino, owner of The French Pantry, has partnered with the Hudgins, owners of Little Miss Ha, to create this culinary compound. The property will also feature a cooking class studio called La Petite Kitchen, catering to locals and tourists interested in culinary experiences.
The two restaurants, French Pantry and Little Miss Ha, will feature their own space and dining areas, the Hudgins reported to Business Debut.
"It's a pretty big place, and we want you to leave thinking 'they knew I was there and they took care of me,'" Johnny Hudgins said, emphasizing the compound's focus on service.
Little Miss Ha was a restaurant originally from Mount Pleasant near Charleston. While construction is underway, the Vietnamese restaurant is hosting five-course pop-up dinners every Thursday at The French Pantry's Jacksonville location (6301 Powers Ave).
This collaboration builds on an existing partnership between Valentino and the Hudgins, which began when Valentino joined them in bringing Little Miss Ha to Mount Pleasant, SC.
36 Granada is preparing to debut in early October, the Hudgins reported.
