ORLANDO, FL — Creo, a new Italian-inspired concept from Hannah Stoddart and her husband Asher Loy, is targeting a late April to early May opening inside East End Market at 3201 Corrine Drive, Orlando, FL 32803. Stoddart told Business Debut the buildout is nearing completion with inspections pending as they approach the finish line.

Business Debut learned of this story first from Orlando Weekly.

What to Expect

Creo will operate as a fast casual, walk-up concept within East End Market, offering a mix of grab-and-go items and plated dishes for guests dining on-site. Guests can order at the counter and receive a text when their food is ready, or sit at a small bar with four to five seats during the week, Stoddart told Business Debut.

On weekends, the concept will shift to a more open, standing-room experience designed for interaction and flow within the market. Additional seating will be available throughout East End Market, including shared indoor and outdoor spaces.

The team will also offer house-made sodas and mocktails, including flavors like blood orange basil, along with sparkling water and rotating offerings, Stoddart shared with Business Debut.

The menu at Creo draws heavily from Italian influences, particularly Venetian and Tuscan traditions, with a focus on small plates and seasonal variety. Stoddart described the concept as “the food that’s inspired us throughout our travels and honestly all the food that we want to make for our friends,” she told Business Debut.

Expect cicchetti, or Italian-style small bites similar to tapas, alongside house-made breads like scacciata, a Tuscan-style flatbread with a crisp exterior and chewy texture. The menu will also feature rotating entrees, allowing the kitchen to experiment and introduce new dishes regularly.

“Everything’s going to be really Italian minded, so simple ingredients that really shine and are super fresh,” Stoddart told Business Debut.

Community and Collaboration

Stoddart emphasized the role East End Market leadership has played in bringing the concept to life, noting that John Rife and Ashley Coggins have supported the team throughout the process.

“They’ve trusted us and we feel so honored to be able to be there,” Stoddart told Business Debut, adding that the market’s neighborhood feel and consistent community support made it a natural fit.

The team also credited Veronica Montilla for interior design and J.D. Carling of CARD for leading the buildout. “Veronica Montilla really helped us with all of our interior design and kind of helped me funnel my inspiration for the space,” Stoddart told Business Debut. She added that Carling “has been a person that we can trust to get the job done on time.”

Opening Timeline

The team is targeting an opening in late April or early May, pending final inspections and approvals.

Hours

Soft opening hours are expected to run from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Once fully open, Creo plans to operate from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week, Stoddart told Business Debut.
