WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Smalls Sliders is planning a new "can" location at 8831 Southern Blvd Bldg H, West Palm Beach, FL 33411, in the Dick's Sporting Goods parking lot by Dunkin and Texas Roadhouse, franchisee Todd Severson told Business Debut in a phone interview.

The address is tied to new construction on an outparcel near the existing retail center and may change between now and their opening.

Severson holds development rights for five Smalls Sliders locations in Palm Beach County, he shared with Business Debut. Another site is planned for Lake Worth Beach at the corner of Hypoluxo Road and South Military Trail next to 7 Brew at 4669 Hypoluxo Rd, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33463 (7 Brew address), with construction for that unit expected to follow the West Palm Beach build by about one to two months.

What to Expect

Smalls Sliders focuses on cheeseburger sliders, seasoned crinkle-cut fries, and milkshakes. The restaurant is run from bright orange shipping containers that offer a drive through and outdoor seating areas for guests.

Smalls Sliders offers combo meals pairing sliders with fries and a drink, and a kids meal built around a single slider. The concept has passed 50 open locations nationwide and continues to add new units, Severson shared with Business Debut.

Opening Timeline

Construction on the West Palm Beach location is expected to begin as early as next week, Severson told Business Debut. He said the can should arrive on-site about 30 to 45 days after construction begins, followed by roughly 60 more days to finish the build.

Severson said he is targeting an opening before Thanksgiving. He estimated the Lake Worth Beach location near 7 Brew would likely follow with an opening around January.
