CULLOWHEE, NC — Peak Pizza Bar is preparing to open at 2968 Old Cullowhee Road, Cullowhee, NC 28723, with owner Justin Smith telling Business Debut the team is putting the final touches on the space and targeting a soft opening next week, pending final fire and health inspections. Peak Pizza Bar will be a fast-casual, counter-service restaurant focused on New York-style pizza.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Miró Spanish Grille is planning a second location at 4905 Ashley Park Lane, Charlotte, NC 28210, targeting a late summer to early fall opening, co-owner Felipe Alvarez told Business Debut. The SouthPark restaurant will build on the brand’s nearly three-decade presence in the market while introducing an updated design and expanded experience.
