Sharky’s NSB, a country beach bar offering Southern-inspired food and full liquor service, is preparing to open in mid-February at 409 Flagler Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169, according to co-owner Pat Kennedy.
The menu will feature classic Southern bar favorites alongside a standout weekend brunch, called the "Country Blue’s Biscuit Brunch." The highlight? What Kennedy calls the best biscuits he’s ever had, created by chef Clancy Shorter of The Waterfront in Orlando, another restaurant owned by Kennedy.
With seating for around 100 guests indoors and a full-service bar, Sharky’s aims to provide a welcoming space for guests to enjoy good food, drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere. Kennedy, who brings extensive hospitality experience from Orlando, Los Angeles, and New York, promises to "take the food and drink seriously, but not ourselves."
