Mecatos Bakery and Cafe — Winter Park
Address: 610 W Morse Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32789
Status: Targeting early June opening.
What to expect: Fast-casual Colombian bakery and cafe with expanded seating (120–130 seats) and a patio. Designed as a place to linger, not just grab-and-go.
Menu highlights: Empanadas, stuffed yuca, quesitos, pan de bonos, plus a mix of Colombian, Venezuelan, and Puerto Rican items. Coffee roasted on-site with a visible roastery and coffee cocktails.
Hours: Expected to start around 7 a.m.–6 p.m., expanding to 6 a.m.–9/10 p.m. daily.
Who’s behind it: Ana Rosabal with Juan and Linda Rosabal and Barbara Moreno; part of the Mecatos franchise system.

Noodle Shawty — Orlando
Address: 28 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801
Status: Targeting May 15 opening.
What to expect: Fast-casual, takeout-heavy concept with limited seating. Built to serve late-night downtown crowds, with hours stretching into early morning.
Menu highlights: Stir-fry dishes like orange chicken, Mongolian beef, lo mein, hibachi bowls, wings, plus ube doughnuts and a matcha bar in the morning.
Hours: Planned 7 a.m.–4 a.m., with potential for 24-hour service.

Creo — Orlando (East End Market)
Address: 3201 Corrine Drive, Orlando, FL 32803
Status: Targeting late April to early May opening.
What to expect: Fast-casual Italian-inspired concept inside East End Market with walk-up ordering and limited bar seating. Transitions to a more open, standing format on weekends.
Menu highlights: Cicchetti (Italian small plates), scacciata flatbread, rotating entrees, house-made sodas and mocktails.
Hours: Soft opening 10:30 a.m.–3 p.m.; full hours planned 10:30 a.m.–7 p.m. daily.

Meltwich — Orlando
Address: 12098 Collegiate Way, Orlando, FL 32817
Status: Targeting mid-to-late May opening.
What to expect: Quick-service comfort food spot with 20–50 seats, focused on grilled cheese, burgers, and Canadian-inspired items.
Menu highlights: Grilled cheese sandwiches, burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, poutine-style fries, mac and cheese bites, milkshakes, and smoothies.
Hours: Planned daily 11 a.m.–11 p.m.
