Soni Cafe — Tampa

Address: 4211 W Boy Scout Blvd, Suite 130, Tampa, FL 33607

Status: Targeting mid-May opening (pending final preparations).

What to expect: Cafeteria-style breakfast and lunch concept inside an office building. About 40 seats with a quick, pickup-focused flow built for office workers and walk-ins.

Menu highlights: Breakfast sandwiches, omelets, egg platters, and bowls. Lunch centers on Boar’s Head sandwiches, rotating hot specials (often Italian or Spanish), plus salads like Caesar, Greek, chef’s, and antipasto.

Hours: Planned Monday–Friday, 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Who’s behind it: Owner Elton Shkokota, also behind Harborview Cafe.

D’Rose Gastro Bar — Tampa (Ybor City)

What to expect: Full-service gastrobar with a hospitality-first approach. Includes a 30-seat wraparound bar, dining room for 125+ guests, and a warm, natural interior design.
