Villa Rica New Restaurant Openings Fall / Winter

So far, Business Debut has interviewed three restaurateurs who are bringing exciting, independent new restaurants to Villa Rica. Between the three new eateries, we can expect one to open later this month, one to open this December, and the final new venture to debut early next year.

OPENING MID/LATE OCTOBER

Collins Family Foods and BBQ

Known for its popular food truck, Collins Family Foods and BBQ will open its first restaurant in Villa Rica this October, offering smoked meats and daily lunch specials.

Chef Collins told Business Debut the first of this month that they are preparing to open its first brick-and-mortar location at 218 W Montgomery St, Villa Rica, GA 30180. Chef Collins reported that after years of community support for their mobile business, opening a brick and mortar was the right direction to take.

OPENING DECEMBER

Gabe's Downtown

Gabe's Downtown is set to reopen on December 1st in Villa Rica, featuring Louisiana cuisine, a banquet space, and a rooftop area, co-owner Gabe Toups shared with Business Debut last month.

The restaurant, which had a location in Villa Rica that closed due to their building needing extensive restoration. With a location running in Douglasville, Gabe and Tami Toups have continued to serve their signature Louisiana cuisine.

As of last month, Gabe's Downtown is planning to return on December 1 at: 129 Main St, Villa Rica, GA 30180.

OPENING JANUARY 2025

San Andrés Mexican Restaurant

A new Publix Shopping Center in Villa Rica will include San Andrés Mexican Restaurant, ownership shared with Business Debut last month.
