V Pizza, 14 Prime and Sidecar Starting Construction in Jacksonville
V Pizza CEO is bringing three new concepts to Jacksonville - including a brand new steakhouse.
CEO David Villmow shared with FFBW that he is bringing three new concepts to Jacksonville on Gate Parkway. The new businesses will be V Pizza's 13th location, Sidecar's 3rd and the first ever for the new 14 Prime steakhouse.
The three business will each have their own separate space in the building that is under construction at: 7510 Gate Pkwy 10 101 107, Jacksonville, FL 32256. In total, Villmow shared that they will have 12,000 square feet of space.
V Pizza will continue the legacy of delicious Napoletana pizza made with imported ingredients in their Italian ovens. Several other V Pizza locations feature a bar next door that fits the local scene. Next to this pizzeria, there will be Sidecar.

Much like the Gainesville and San Marco locations, Sidecar will bring high end cocktails with a focus on quality bourbons.
14 Prime, Villmow said, will be his first steakhouse. Known for attention to detail and excellence in the pizza and cocktail world, Villmow is turning his attention to bringing an elevated steakhouse to the area.
The building housing these business is under construction currently. Villmow estimates opening in October. In the meantime, check the V Pizza website.
