Modern Asian Curated Streetfoods Joining Lakeside Social

MELBOURNE, FL — Modern Asian Curated Streetfoods will open at Lakeside Social, a new food truck and entertainment project at 2431 Town Center Ave, Melbourne, FL 32940, owner-investor Shen Sudy told Business Debut in a phone interview.

The food truck is part of a six-truck lineup organized by The Viera Company for the Lakeside Social development, which will also feature outdoor music and a bar area, Sudy shared with Business Debut.

What to Expect

Modern Asian Curated Streetfoods will operate from a permanent food truck position within the Lakeside Social site, Sudy told Business Debut.

Sudy said the venture is a partnership with operating partner Louann Nguyen, who runs other restaurant concepts in the Melbourne and Viera area.

Modern Asian Curated Streetfoods will focus on Asian street food dishes with influences from Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese and Korean cooking, Sudy told Business Debut.

He said the team plans a rotating menu that will highlight different countries at different times.

Opening Timeline

Lakeside Social is targeting a grand opening on July 4, Sudy told Business Debut.

The opening date for Modern Asian Curated Streetfoods is to be announced but is planned within the broader Lakeside Social launch window.

Hours

Sudy said Lakeside Social is planned to open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
