Here's the Latest on Tiki Docks' Opening Plans in Viera

MELBOURNE, FL – Tiki Docks, a Florida-focused tiki bar and grill concept from 23 Restaurant Services, is targeting an early 2027 opening at 5451 Lake Andrew Dr, Melbourne, FL 32940, president of 23 Restaurant Services Marc Brown told Business Debut in a recent interview.
What to Expect
Look out for a Florida style tiki experience built around thatched-roof imagery and waterfront-inspired design.
"We want it to be a place where you can go and you can kind of disappear from the rest of the things you have going in your life and enjoy an afternoon or an evening," Brown told Business Debut.
The menu features on dishes like Surfside Grouper, fresh oysters, Florida Pork Nachos, Spice-Seared Ahi, Warm New England Lobster Rolls, and Tiki Steak Skewers and much more.
This is the fourth location for the brand, and each unit features a uniquely designed space. The Viera restaurant will feature a Tulum-inspired patio with basket lighting, comfortable tables and chairs, and lounge furniture. The restaurant as a whole is planned at roughly 7,500 square feet indoors with about 1,500 square feet of patio space, for a total footprint near 9,000 square feet.
The layout is designed to seat about 300 guests at one time.

Tiki Docks is developed and operated by 23 Restaurant Services, a restaurant development and management company.
The company operates four brands: Ford's Garage, Tiki Docks, Yeoman's Topgolf Swing Suite, and Don the Beachcomber. The company is also rolling out a speakeasy concept called Morgan's Cove by Don the Beachcomber.
Opening Timeline
Brown said the Viera location is targeting late first quarter 2027.
