This Local Cuban Chain is Opening in Melbourne

Brevard County is no stranger to Henry's Cuban Cafe, which has locations in Satellite Beach, Merritt Island, and Palm Beach.

But owner Henry Valdes just confirmed that a new location is opening at 5600 N Harbor City Blvd, Melbourne, Fl, 32940, and he expects to open by July 1st.

The brand is known for serving delicious Cuban fair from unexpected places - inside gas station convenience stores. Valdes shared that within the stores, he keeps tables and chairs for guests who want to sit in and enjoy their meal.

This isn't Valdes's last stop, however, because he is already looking for more locations to expand to, from Cocoa to St. Augustine.
