Miami's First Paris Baguette Eyes an Opening Date

MIAMI, FL — Paris Baguette, a French-inspired bakery café franchise, is preparing to open its first Miami location at 2217 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33127, franchisee Cesar Paoli told Business Debut.

Paoli said the new bakery café spans about 3,000 square feet. Seating is planned for roughly 40 customers inside, with room for another 20 to 30 guests on an outdoor patio, Paoli told Business Debut in a phone interview.

Paris Baguette is currently expanding across the United States. “They are hoping to open a 1,000 stores from here to 2030,” Paoli told Business Debut.

What to Expect

Paoli described the new Miami shop as a sizable space where guests can sit and spend time. He said he has worked on securing and building out the North Miami Avenue location for a couple of years.

Paris Baguette is known for serve delicious pastries, coffee and tea. Guests can expect decadent croissants, mochi donuts, tiramisu tarts, Portuguese pastel de nata, buns, Danishes and much more.

Paoli first encountered Paris Baguette during frequent trips to New York. He said he often stopped in for a croissant, breakfast, or coffee. “I really like the brand. I always thought it was a great concept."

Paoli is opening the Miami store as a franchisee and said his goal is to test the brand in this market. If the store performs well, he is open to pursuing additional territories in the future, he shared.

Opening Timeline

Paoli said the Wynwood-area Paris Baguette is targeting an opening within one to two weeks. He said construction and permitting are in the final stages.
