J & J Passion You Can Taste Bringing Venezuelan Flavors to Seminole County

J & J Passion You Can Taste, a new food truck by owners and couple Justin Kelly and Jose Vivas, is set to open in mid-December, Kelly told Business Debut.

Serving a fusion of Venezuelan and American flavors, the truck’s menu will feature traditional Venezuelan dishes like cachapa (a corn pancake with shredded beef), quesillo (a Venezuelan dessert similar to flan), empanadas and more.

Kelly and Vivas plan to take their food truck to various pop-up events, offices and gatherings around Seminole County. Follow their culinary journey on Instagram for updates and menu previews.
