Glimmer Café to Bring Breakfast and Lunch Delights to Delray Beach

Glimmer Café, a new breakfast and lunch spot is set to open in about two months at 325 NE 3rd Ave, Delray Beach, FL. The café will feature a full kitchen serving breakfast and lunch, with a menu including crepes, smoothies and their signature coffee offerings.

Co-owned by Nick and Elena Alain, the space was designed by Nick Alain, with Chef Estuardo Mira, also a partner, overseeing the menu.

In addition to the café, a separate restaurant is under development and will open in about nine months. Details about the restaurant’s name have not been released yet, but it will include a rooftop concept that is currently pending permits.

Chef Mira, known for running the steakhouse Malbec in Parkland, will also be a partner in the upcoming restaurant.
