Coming Soon New Port Richey: Landy's Place

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL – Landy's Place, a family restaurant from owners Orlando and Lai-Lee Cordero, is preparing to open inside Richie Racket at 8836 US 19, Unit 2D, New Port Richey, FL 34668 targeting an August 31 opening.

What to Expect

Landy's Place will operate as an independent business within the Richey Racket complex. The owners are preparing a small dining area with four booth tables for guests.

Cordero said the team is still painting and building out the space.

Menu and Vision

The menu will feature fresh pizza and subs along with salads, pretzels and what Cordero described as "craft ice cream." Cordero told Business Debut they plan to offer traditional round pizzas and a square, Detroit-style pizzas. The owners are finalizing the menu design and layout now.

Cordero said they want Landy's Place to be a spot the neighborhood can call its own. He said they plan to keep prices low.

In addition to dine-in and carryout, Cordero said they plan to offer DoorDash for delivery and pickup ordering.

Opening Timeline

The Corderos are targeting August 31 for their first day of business. That date depends on completing build-out and passing required inspections.
