Celtic Creamery is set to open their first Florida location in Jensen Beach, franchisee Aaron Drake told Business Debut. The new location will debut at 1939 NE Jensen Beach Blvd #1, Jensen Beach, FL 34957 in a month or so.

The shop will serve authentic Irish ice cream and fresh fried mini donuts made to order. Celtic Creamery is a small franchise in North Carolina that is now expanding to Florida. However, the brand's roots trace back to Ireland, where it has been nominated for best ice cream six times according to their website.

Celtic Creamery shares that the concept originated when Jeff Hogan, a North Carolina native, discovered Sundaes, a family-run ice cream parlor in Ireland. Impressed by the quality, Hogan encouraged the owners to franchise the concept and recipes, leading to the creation of Celtic Creamery.

The Jensen Beach location will be part of a converted bank building, which will house three businesses. Customers can enjoy their treats in a shared patio area featuring live music and shaded areas.
