Bucket Club brings South American grill flavors to Wynwood food truck park

MIAMI, FL — Bucket Club, a new food truck from owner Claudio Hernandez and , has recently opened at the Wynwood food truck park at 3220 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33127, Hernandez told Business Debut.

Hernandez launched the project with partner Molina Milioz. He described Bucket Club as a venture they created together at a young age. “We wanted to work something different, and we got this idea for give something special to the people,” Hernandez told Business Debut in a phone interview.

What to Expect

Bucket Club operates as a yellow food truck with flame graphics in a shared outdoor yard. Guests can order from the truck, then sit in a communal seating area in the park.

Hernandez said the park setting offers multiple food truck options and a yard where visitors can gather. He described the venue as pet friendly. Staff run orders from the truck to the tables to create a sit-down style experience, Hernandez shared with Business Debut.

Hernandez said the concept merges influences from Argentina and Venezuela. “The concepts form because history and Argentina, and from Venezuela, and we merge those cultures to create this,” he told Business Debut.

Bucket Club serves barbecue-style plates, including one option presented on a small tabletop grill. Hernandez said each plate carries its own story tied to their background and concept. The truck also offers a kids menu, he shared.

Delivery and pickup are available from the site, along with service in the shared dining area, according to Hernandez.

Opening Timeline

Bucket Club is open now at the Wynwood food truck park. The business was recently listed with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, according to DBPR records imported May 15, 2026.
