Dish's Bagels
BROOKHAVEN, GA — Dish's Bagels is planning a July or August opening at 1410 Lake Hearn Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30319, owner Chad Dishner told Business Debut. The space is currently under construction. The menu will feature New York-style breakfast and lunch items, including bagels, bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches, bagels with lox and cream cheese, and deli sandwiches with corned beef or pastrami on rye, Dishner told Business Debut.

American Deli
ALPHARETTA, GA — A new location of American Deli is in the works for Alpharetta, franchisee Steven Kim told Business Debut. The franchise is slated to open at: 5250 Windward Pkwy Suite 111, Alpharetta GA 30004. An opening date for this location is not available yet. Kim estimates opening anywhere from 2-3 months. Currently, they are getting permits and preparing to start remodeling.
Pollo Primo
ATLANTA, GA — Pollo Primo is planning a second location at 863 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30306, owner Omar Ferrer told Business Debut. Ferrer and co-owner Duane Kulers are building out the space and targeting an opening in about a month to a month and a half, Ferrer told Business Debut.

Blue Polar
DULUTH, GA — Blue Polar, a dessert cafe serving gelato, coffee and more, is targeting a June opening at 2131 Pleasant Hill Rd. Suite B-1, Duluth, GA 30096, co-owner Eunae Yu told Business Debut. Blue Polar will serve gelato, coffee, smoothies, teas, lattes, cakes, cookies and small sandwiches, Yu told Business Debut.

Pizzeria Fiamma / MackinMikes Mac & Cheeze Bar
SNELLVILLE, GA — Michael Tarrant and Gregg Fiametta own Pizzeria Fiamma and MackinMikes Mac & Cheeze Bar, two food concepts opening inside Crooked Can Brewery at 2265 Wisteria Drive SW, Snellville, GA 30078, Tarrant and Fiametta told Business Debut. Pizzeria Fiamma opened April 11, and MackinMikes Mac & Cheeze Bar is expected to open in about two weeks, they shared with Business Debut.

Southern Touch Cafe
GAINESVILLE, GA — Southern Touch Cafe is opening at 3313 Harbour Point Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30506, bringing a cafe and full-service restaurant to residents of the private Harbour Point community. Owner Jarrett Session told Business Debut the cafe is planning soft opening dates May 14-16, followed by a formal opening on Memorial Day.

Shawarma Queen
HIRAM, GA — A new shawarma spot is opening soon in Hiram. Shawarma Queen is transitioning from a food truck into a brick and mortar at: 5157 Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy #101, Hiram, GA 30141, owner Mohamed Abdelmegeed told Business Debut.
