Ultra Coffeebar
ARDEN, NC — Ultra Coffeebar is planning to open a second location this summer at 1870 Brevard Rd Suite 113, Arden, NC 28704. Owner Taylor Nicks told Business Debut the new shop is now under construction with an aim on a summer time opening. The couple Taylor and Jennifer Nicks have owned the business since purchasing it in 2024, months before Hurricane Helene struck.

Yeti Bowl and Shakes
CHAPEL HILL, NC — Yeti Bowl and Shakes is targeting an end-of-May opening at 153 East Franklin St., Chapel Hill, NC 27514, co-owner Anish Koirala told Business Debut. The restaurant will take over the former Hibachi and Company space on Franklin Street, Koirala said.

Yard Dog Brewing Company
FARMVILLE, NC — Yard Dog Brewing Company, a new concept from parent company WrenBev, is preparing to open at 3883 South Main Street, Farmville, NC 27828. General Manager Drew Cheshire told Business Debut the brewery will center on a small taproom experience with an indoor occupancy of around 49 guests, complemented by a large outdoor space featuring picnic tables, yard games, and a designated dog park area.

D'Lujo Grill
RALEIGH, NC — D'Lujo Grill is opening a new location at: 2822 New Birch Dr, Raleigh, NC 27610, owner Luis Marcano told Business Debut. This will a second location for the Venezuelan steakhouse brand. The menu is centered around Venezuelan dishes like Carne en Vara, a slow cooked beef skewer, skewered beef tacos, Cachapas, Tequeños and much more.
Meat & Bite
MORRISVILLE, NC — Meat & Bite is preparing to open in Morrisville at 3608 Davis Dr Suite 100, Morrisville, NC 27560. Owner Mohamed Elmonairy told Business Debut the restaurant is targeting an opening in the next four to eight weeks as construction and inspections continue. This will be the brand's second location following its original Hillsborough Street shop, which Elmonairy said opened in 2020.

Taste of Soul
WILSON, NC — Taste of Soul is planning to open its first brick-and-mortar at 205 Tarboro St. SW, Wilson, NC 27893, with owner Quincy Jones targeting a mid- to late-April opening pending final permits, Jones told Business Debut. He explained that the concept is rooted in soul food but also leaves room for fusion, seasonal specials, and his own interpretations of classic dishes.
