Yeti Bowl and Shakes Opening in Chapel Hill in Hibachi & Co. Space

CHAPEL HILL, NC — Yeti Bowl and Shakes is targeting an end-of-May opening at 153 East Franklin St., Chapel Hill, NC 27514, co-owner Anish Koirala told Business Debut. The restaurant will take over the former Hibachi and Company space on Franklin Street, Koirala said.
What to Expect
Yeti Bowl and Shakes will offer a bowl-focused concept with a mix of takeout and limited dine-in seating, Koirala told Business Debut. The business will maintain a service model designed to accommodate both quick takeout and casual dining.
The menu will center on customizable bowls, allowing guests to build meals with a variety of bases and proteins, Koirala said.
Menu and Vision
Customers can expect options such as rice bowls, chicken bowls, bean-based bowls, and seafood bowls, Koirala told Business Debut. The concept is designed to give guests flexibility in how they build their meals with a range of ingredients and combinations.
In addition to bowls, the restaurant will serve a selection of shakes as part of its core menu, Koirala said.
Opening Timeline
The team does not yet have a firm opening date but is aiming to have the business operating by the end of May, Koirala told Business Debut.
Yeti Bowl and Shakes will be the first location for the concept, he said.
Hours
Yeti Bowl and Shakes plans to be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, Koirala told Business Debut.

Social media pages and a website are still in development, Koirala told Business Debut. He said the team is working on launching Instagram, TikTok, and a website ahead of opening.
