Allegro Ma Non Troppo — Miami
Address: 1000 S Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33130
Status: Open now!
What to expect: A 45–50 seat hybrid of fast casual and full-service dining. Clipboard ordering or traditional service.
Menu highlights: Oven-only menu with branzino, chicken cotoletta, lazy lasagna, Caesar salad, and flatbreads.
Hours: Initially 5 p.m.–11 p.m.; expanding later.
Who’s behind it: Carlos Galan and Mar Galan.
Five Iron Golf — Coral Gables
Address: 3009 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Coral Gables, FL 33134
Status: Now open!
What to expect: A large-scale entertainment venue combining indoor golf simulators, full-service dining, and a bar. The space will include ~175 seats across simulator bays, dining areas, and bowling lanes.
Menu highlights: Mediterranean and Lebanese dishes, tacos, pizzas, and club-style staples. Full bar with cocktails, bourbon, beer, and wine.
Hours: Weekdays starting at 6 a.m., weekends at 8 a.m., closing by midnight.

Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza — Coral Gables
Address: 110 Alhambra Circle, Coral Gables, FL 33134
Status: Targeting late May opening (May 19 or May 26).
What to expect: A 3,300-square-foot pizzeria with ~60 seats, open kitchen, and small outdoor seating. Built for dine-in and delivery expansion.
Menu highlights: Thin-crust pizzas with 72-hour dough. Signature Star Luca pizza and creative options like Coffee Paolo.
Hours: Daily 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m.; until 11 p.m. on weekends.
Who’s behind it: Umberto Mascagni and Chef Renato Viola.
Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar — Miami Beach
Address: 6901 Collins Ave CU1, Miami Beach, FL
Status: Opening date not announced.
What to expect: A fast-casual European cafe with ~100 seats including patio space. Counter ordering with table service.
Menu highlights: 20+ breakfast options, avocado toast, pancakes, sandwiches, pasta, acai bowls, and Illy espresso drinks.
Hours: Planned daily 7 a.m.–9 p.m.
Who’s behind it: Efthymios Paliouras and Ioannis Sotiropoulos.
Takai — Miami
Address: 2296 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33145
Status: Targeting late May opening (around May 26).
What to expect: A 10-seat, reservation-only omakase concept focused on precision and high-touch service.
Menu highlights: Edomae-style sushi with seasonal ingredients and curated sake pairings.
Hours: Tuesday–Saturday with 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. seatings.
