Stew On This
CRESTVIEW, FL — Stew On This, a new comfort-food trailer from longtime restaurateur Nicholas Sozo, is targeting a spring opening ahead of the spring break season. Rather than operating from a fixed address, the business will serve communities across the Florida Panhandle, operating between Pensacola and Panama City Beach.
Hillsborough & Pinellas County
Cyber Nachos
Tampa Bay Area- Cyber Nachos, a new food truck from owner Jesse Dickinson, is preparing to roll out across the Tampa Bay Area around Jan. 15, pending final permits and inspection, Dickinson told Business Debut. The truck will primarily serve Hillsborough County and Tampa, with plans to book stops and events across surrounding counties including Pinellas, Pasco and Polk.

Darrell's Diner
LADY LAKE, FL — Darrell’s Diner is preparing to open its 25th location at 1124 Teague Trail, Lady Lake, FL 32159, with a tentative opening date of January 19, owner Darrell Warden told Business Debut. The new restaurant marks a milestone for the Florida-based breakfast-and-lunch brand and introduces several elements not found at most existing locations.
Oak and Stone
THE VILLAGES, FL — Oak and Stone, a Florida-based full-service restaurant known for its interactive self-pour tap wall and elevated tavern fare, is planning to open in Eastport in early summer 2026. The restaurant will be located at 7014 Central Lake Drive, The Villages, FL 34762.

Southern Palate Restaurant
TALLAHASSEE, FL — Southern Palate Restaurant is planning to open a second location inside Cheers Wine and Liquor at 2415 S. Adams St., Tallahassee, FL 32301, owner Angela Branton told Business Debut. The team is targeting a February opening, with a fast-casual, takeout-only setup designed for grab-and-go meals.

Cadets Family Restaurant
HOBE SOUND, FL — Cadets Family Restaurant is preparing to open its doors in Hobe Sound, bringing traditional Haitian cuisine and family-driven hospitality to the community. The restaurant is targeting a January opening at 8767 SE Bridge Rd., Hobe Sound, FL 33455, owner Farah Cadet told Business Debut.

Tata’s Yogurt Bar
MIAMI, FL — Tata’s Yogurt Bar, a new Greek frozen yogurt concept focused on clean ingredients, is targeting an early February opening at 2992 McFarlane Rd, Miami, FL 33133, according to founder Rafaella Pastor Ferrari, who told Business Debut the team is working through final preparations and permits.

La Pincha Key West
KEY WEST, FL — La Pincha Key West, a new stationary food truck concept led by chef Martin Liz, is targeting a spring opening at 101 Fitzpatrick St, Key West, FL 33040. Liz told Business Debut the project will introduce a focused take on traditional Key West conch cuisine, highlighting dishes rooted in the island’s Caribbean, Bahamian, Cuban and Southern influences.

The Bloom Lounge
APOPKA, FL — The Bloom Lounge is preparing to relocate and expand in Apopka, bringing together a florist, small cafe and rentable creative workspaces in one mixed-use concept. Owner Edwin Cabrera told Business Debut the business is targeting a move by the end of February, with a public opening around March 1 at 2129 E. Semoran Blvd, Apopka, FL 32703.

Flying Biscuit Café
KISSIMMEE, FL — Flying Biscuit Café, a breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant with roots in Atlanta, is planning to open a new location at 6079 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee. Owner John Terranova told Business Debut the restaurant is targeting a mid-March opening, tentatively between March 15 and March 18.

The Bearded Turtle
TARPON SPRINGS, FL — The Bearded Turtle, a new full-service restaurant from owner Richard Landreman, is preparing to open at 847 Roosevelt Blvd, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, with a target opening of January 15. Landreman told Business Debut the team is in the final stretch of renovations and planning.
Lazy Crave
PALM HARBOR, FL — Lazy Crave, the ice cream and coffee concept known locally for its sloth mascot and laid-back vibe, is preparing to open its first brick-and-mortar location in Palm Harbor. Coastal Grind Coffee
SARASOTA, FL — Coastal Grind Coffee is preparing to open its first brick-and-mortar location in Sarasota in early February at 2661 Mall Drive, Sarasota, FL 34231. Owner Rebecca Drescher, who is opening the café alongside her husband, Robert Foster, told Business Debut the team is targeting the first or second week of the month for its debut.

Bellatrino Pizzeria
ST. AUGUSTINE, FL — Bellatrino Pizzeria is preparing to open a new Italian pizzeria at 59 West Ave, St. Augustine, FL 32084, targeting a late January to early February opening. Owner John Cooper told Business Debut the restaurant will introduce a family-driven concept centered on authentic Italian food, community connection and an art-filled space designed to feel local from day one.

The Rustic Rail Pizzeria & Provisions
CHIPLEY, FL — The Rustic Rail Pizzeria & Provisions is preparing to open later this month at 827 Main St., Chipley, FL 32428, bringing the first wood-fired pizza concept to Washington County, owner Fareed “VJ” Nandlal told Business Debut.
