JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FL — Jack’s Beach Boil Company is preparing to open a new storefront at 1131 3rd Street North, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. Owner Doran Graham told Business Debut the concept is targeting an opening just after the new year, pending final inspections and approvals.
Jeff’s Bagel Run
JACKSONVILLE, FL — Jeff’s Bagel Run is preparing to open at 628 Atlantic Blvd. in Neptune Beach, bringing the Orlando-born bagel brand to Jacksonville for the first time. The location is owned by Shaun Adams and will be the first of four Jeff’s Bagel Run locations he plans to open across the Jacksonville area.
Renna's Pizza
JACKSONVILLE, FL — Renna’s Pizza is preparing to open a new location in Deerwood Village at 9942 Old Bay Meadows Road, Jacksonville, FL 32256, with opening day projected for Monday, December 22, owner Mike Snover told Business Debut.

Two Fold Coffee & Kitchen at The Garrison House

TAMPA, FL — Two Fold Coffee & Kitchen is planned to open in Tampa in early second quarter 2026 as part of a larger mixed-use concept called The Garrison House, according to co-owner Jason Smith, who told Business Debut the project is targeting an April opening. ORLANDO, FL — Dougie’s Dog Bar is targeting a mid- to late January opening in Orlando, Adam Harbin, VP of development and a partner, told Business Debut. The concept is planned for 1978 Stanholme Way, Suite B, Orlando, FL 32804.

Tropical Smokehouse
DELRAY BEACH, FL — Tropical Smokehouse is preparing to open its newest location at 524 W. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach, FL 33444, marking the brand’s third restaurant and its first in Delray Beach. Founder Jason Lakow told Business Debut the team is targeting an early January opening after a brief delay tied to final inspections.

Bonchon

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — Bonchon is planning a new full-service Korean fried chicken restaurant in Wesley Chapel, targeting an April–May opening timeframe. Sherry Askander told Business Debut the restaurant will be located at 27093 Halter Loop, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544, marking the brand’s second location in the Tampa Bay area.

Fusillo Italian Pasta
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Fusillo Italian Pasta is targeting an opening in about two to 2 1/2 months at 905 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33705, co-founder Giangiacomo “Giangie” Greco told Business Debut. Greco is opening the concept with his business partner and best friend, Alessandro Casali.
Kitty's House of Pizza
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Kitty’s House of Pizza is aiming to open in the first quarter of 2026 at 4059 5th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713, owner Steve Garrahan told Business Debut. The concept will prioritize takeout and delivery with limited indoor seating, alongside a commissary expansion for Garrahan’s existing ice cream business.

Seabreeze Cafe
PANACEA, FL — Seabreeze Cafe is preparing to reopen in Panacea, bringing back a longtime neighborhood café at 1089 Coastal Hwy, Panacea, FL 32346. Owner Linda Marshall told Business Debut the full-service café is targeting a soft opening around January 1, allowing the team to fine-tune operations ahead of a full reopening.
