Vicky Bakery Opening in Port St Lucie Franchisee Reports
Two franchisees are partnering together to bring Vicky Bakery to PSL.
Vicky Bakery is expanding to Port St. Lucie, with franchisee Bianca Colon sharing plans to open the new location in early summer. Construction is underway for the 2,300-square-foot bakery at 1234 SW Gatlin Blvd, Suite 108-109, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953.
Colon, originally from Miami, grew up enjoying Vicky Bakery's beloved Cuban pastries and coffee. After moving to Port St. Lucie for work, she was disappointed to find no Vicky Bakery nearby. Partnering with neurosurgeon Valentine Nduku, Colon decided to bring the iconic brand to the area.
If all goes well, the team hopes to open another Vicky Bakery in Fort Pierce following this location.
