The Hangry Bison Opening in Lake Mary Amidst Expansion Plan
The popular restaurant brand has more plans for Orlando and beyond.
Another location of The Hangry Bison is in the works for Lake Mary, owner Joe Ligouri told FFBW. This will be the brand's third location, and Ligouri indicated that there are several more in the works.
This location will share the same core menu with the other two restaurants, including items like burgers, wings, salads, steaks and more. In addition, the Lake Mary restaurant will include a private party room for events. This will allow them to have a catering menu with offerings ranging from seafood to different cuts of steak.

This restaurant will also emphasize its bourbon selection. They will have regular tasting events and offer private bookings centered around their bourbon menu.
Ligouri told FFBW that they are in the initial stages of construction. He's hoping to open the doors around July at: 951 Market Promenade Ave, Lake Mary, FL 32746.
Ligouri plans to open more locations beyond the central Florida region. Exact locations are unknown as of now. His ultimate goal is to open 1o restaurants in the next five to six years.
