THE VILLAGES, FL — Oak and Stone, a Florida-based full-service restaurant known for its interactive self-pour tap wall and elevated tavern fare, is planning to open in Eastport in early summer 2026. The restaurant will be located at 7014 Central Lake Drive, The Villages, FL 34762.

Brand President Sam Aguilar told Business Debut the opening is targeted for the second quarter of 2026.

What to Expect

Founded in 2016 in Sarasota, Oak and Stone is built around social connection and exploration. The centerpiece of the concept is a roughly 50-tap self-pour wall featuring rotating selections of craft beer, wine, bourbon, cocktails, and nonalcoholic options. Guests can sample small pours, build their own flights, or explore new flavors with guidance from an on-site tap guide.

The Eastport location will seat approximately 225 guests across indoor and outdoor spaces, including a wraparound patio overlooking the lake and a bar that opens to both the interior and exterior. The restaurant faces a central green space designed for live music and community gatherings.

Oak and Stone’s menu is rooted in scratch-made, elevated tavern fare designed to pair with the brand’s expansive beverage program. Artisan pizzas anchor the lineup, alongside burgers, wings, and shareable starters that Aguilar said reflect the brand’s playful but quality-driven approach.

“Our menu is our twist on exciting, elevated tavern fare and favorites,” Aguilar told Business Debut. “A core element of ours is artisan pizza, but we also do exciting flavors across our wings, burgers, and starters.”

Among the most popular items are the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, which Aguilar described as a fan favorite. “Those are scratch-made in house,” he said. “We hand-make and hand-roll them, and we like to say we put a little extra love into each one.”

The wings also stand out, featuring sauces developed specifically for the brand. “We do a bourbon sticky sauce, and we do a Wicked Paradise barbecue,” Aguilar told Business Debut. “That barbecue sauce is made with our proprietary Wicked Paradise IPA, which is exclusive to Oak and Stone.”

Brunch is a key focus on weekends, with a menu built around familiar comfort dishes done in-house. Options include chicken and waffles, avocado breakfast biscuits, a breakfast burger topped with a sunny-side-up egg and house-candied bacon, and bourbon biscuits and bacon. “We do fresh, flaky biscuits and our candied bacon in house,” Aguilar said. “With the bourbon biscuits and bacon, guests can actually choose any bourbon we have on the menu.”

Aguilar said the goal is to create food that feels approachable while still offering depth and variety. “Everything we do is crafted from scratch,” he told Business Debut. “We want great food, great value, and an environment where people feel comfortable exploring, sharing, and spending time together.”

Community Focus

Aguilar said Oak and Stone’s values align naturally with The Villages’ active, social lifestyle. “Being part of the community and pouring into it is incredibly important to us,” he told Business Debut, noting that the layout and tap wall are designed to spark conversation and shared experiences.
