Slipaway Food Truck Park and Marina Opening in Cape Coral
Opening in spring 2025, Slipaway will feature food trucks, waterfront dining, live entertainment, and a marina at the Cape Coral Bridge.
Slipaway Food Truck Park and Marina is set to debut in spring 2025, partner Gary Aubuchon shared with Business Debut. The upcoming eatertainment venue will feature 10 food truck vendors, all of which have already been selected, with specific vendor details to be announced soon.
The space will boast 300 permanent seats spread across a main pavilion, six satellite pavilions, and seating along a waterfront promenade overlooking the Caloosahatchee River. For special events and larger gatherings, the park will be able to accommodate up to 500 guests. A dedicated stage pavilion will host live entertainment.
Adding to its appeal, Slipaway will feature a football-shaped main bar where patrons can walk up to grab a drink from either end, or enjoy table service using advanced technology for online and at-table ordering.
The venue’s location at the foot of the Cape Coral Bridge offers a stunning view of the river, creating a unique dining and leisure experience. A Ship Store will allow boaters docking at the marina to pick up pre-packaged drinks, food orders, retail items, and other essentials. The venue is also planning boat rentals in the future, enhancing its appeal as a go-to waterfront destination.
With plans to operate seven days a week, Slipaway Food Truck Park and Marina will offer a large walking trail, waterfront dining, and a community-focused space for both locals and visitors.
