Roka Hula, the concept from True Grit Hospitality, is set to open its second location in Delray Beach during the first quarter of 2025, CEO Curtis Peery shared with Business Debut. True Grit Hospitality, known for its successful brands like Voodoo Bayou and Calaveras Cantina, is bringing Roka Hula’s menu and atmosphere to 270 E Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444.

Unlike the speakeasy-style first location in Orlando, the Delray Beach Roka Hula will emphasize its restaurant setup and offer a slightly larger menu. Guests can look forward to expanded sushi options, additional dumpling varieties, and more. With seating for 180 guests, the restaurant will be open for lunch, dinner, and late-night service, operating at least until midnight.
