Plate @ The Garden, a new food truck concept from Chef Aaron G, is set to open on February 15th at the Garden District Taproom in West Palm Beach, Chef Aaron G told Business Debut. Known for his pop-up concept, Plate Palm Beach, which blends Asian and Caribbean fusion flavors, Chef Aaron G is excited to establish a permanent presence while continuing his mobile pop-up operations.

The food truck will be permanently stationed at the taproom at 410 Evernia St STE 119, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Its grand opening coincides with the Garden District Taproom’s Sour Festival, an event showcasing sour beers and unique brews. Guests can expect a menu expansion, including more seafood options and more tacos, all highlighting Chef Aaron G’s signature fusion style. • Closed Mondays
  • Tuesday – Thursday: 5 – 10 pm
  • Friday – Saturday: 5 – 11 pm
  • Sunday: 12 – 8 pm
