New in St Cloud: Shalom Wellness and Cafe Opening Soon
Here are the plans for St. Cloud's newest cafe.
SAINT CLOUD, FL – Shalom Wellness and Cafe, a new specialty coffee shop and wellness-focused cafe, is targeting an October opening at 1340 S Narcoossee Rd Unit 107, Saint Cloud, FL 34771, manager Sabrina Carlesi told Business Debut in a phone interview.
The family-owned business is led by owner Valdoinio Torres, with her daughter Carlesi helping run day-to-day operations alongside partner Nairovis Vanderhoof.
What to Expect
Shalom Wellness and Cafe will curate an environment suited for studying, working, or meeting friends, with seating for guests who want to linger over coffee.
"We want to do a place that people can feel comfortable to go, to do their work in a comfortable place," Carlesi told Business Debut.
Menu and Vision
Shalom Wellness and Cafe will focus on specialty coffee and wellness-oriented food, Carlesi said. The menu will feature coffees sourced for higher quality, along with salads with chicken, beef, or salmon.
Carlesi also mentioned the inclusion of croissants, sandwiches, small cakes, pastries, lentils, and other items. Carlesi, who is from Venezuela, said they plan to incorporate some Venezuelan influence in seasonings and may explore empanadas and other items later.
"We really want to focus on quality," Carlesi told Business Debut.
Opening Timeline
The team is waiting on state approvals for licensing. They are targeting an opening around October.
