SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Gelatist is preparing to open at 220 Sandy Springs Cir, Atlanta, GA 30328, with an opening targeted for April, ownership told Business Debut.

The brand currently has one other location in Greenville, SC, and this will be the second unit in the Southeast.

Menu and Vision

The menu will center on Italian-style gelato made with ingredients and flavor profiles tied to Italy, with inventory for the gelato program coming directly from Italy, ownership told Business Debut.

Flavor offerings are expected to include classics like pistachio, hazelnut, stracciatella, and chocolate, along with vegan and dairy-free options, plus gluten-free selections, ownership told Business Debut.

Beyond gelato, the shop plans to serve hot drinks such as coffee, plus waffles, crepes, pastries, and cakes, with cakes made in-store, ownership told Business Debut.
