Crave Kitchen & Bistro Now Open in Sandy Springs

A new full-service restaurant, Crave Kitchen & Bistro, recently opened in Sandy Springs at 8610 Roswell Rd, Suite 140, Atlanta, GA 30350.

The restaurant blends Mediterranean, European, and American influences, serving signature and high-quality dishes made from scratch. “We’re doing something different here. A place where a family of four can all get what they want, without compromise,” owner Habip Gumus noted. Crave Kitchen & Bistro offers dine-in and takeout service with around 110 seats.

The menu features signature pizzas and pastas, Mediterranean fare, including kebabs, shawarma, and house-made appetizers. In a recent visit to the restaurant, I had the Lamb Adana Kebab and several cold appetizers, which were delicious (especially the lamb).

They are open daily from 11 am–10 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday, they open at 9 am.

A full bar is anticipated to debut in the coming weeks as well, ownership shared.

“We’re only bringing the best items,” Gumus said. “You want pasta, pizza, kebabs, smoothies, or ice cream? We have it. That’s where the name ‘Crave’ comes from. Whatever you’re craving, we’re here for it.”

Gumus has been a food industry veteran with 18 years of experience launching restaurants across Colorado, Texas, and overseas. In addition to his restaurant experience, Gumus also spent 18 years as a contractor for the U.S. military’s food and supply chain, working stateside and abroad, an experience he credits with shaping his quality standards and operational skills.
