Teriyaki Madness Bringing Japanese Inspired Bowl Concept in Atlanta
Teriyaki dishes and customizable bowls will anchor the menu.
ATLANTA, GA — Teriyaki Madness is targeting a mid-June opening at 4969 Roswell Rd, Atlanta, GA 30342. Franchisee Gonzalo de Aristegui told Business Debut construction is expected to begin April 27 pending final permitting, with a roughly five to six week buildout timeline.
What to Expect
The upcoming location will feature a smaller footprint with a focus on efficiency, including a larger kitchen designed to increase throughput, de Aristegui told Business Debut. Seating is expected to accommodate approximately 25 to 30 guests indoors, with additional outdoor seating for about eight to 12 guests.
De Aristegui said this will be his second Teriyaki Madness location, joining his Howell Mill restaurant that opened in November 2022.
He added that the new restaurant is located next door to Cibo e Beve, a well established Italian concept he owns.
Teriyaki Madness is known for its fast-casual Japanese-inspired menu centered around teriyaki bowls, proteins, rice and noodles.
Opening Timeline
De Aristegui told Business Debut construction is expected to begin April 27, with an anticipated opening timeframe of mid-June.
He added that future expansion is planned, with a third location in the Greater Atlanta area under consideration.
